Waiver

6. Waiver and Release 

Prior to purchasing and/or participating in a The Boss Chick Dance Workout class, the client must acknowledge that she has read, fully understood, and agreed to the following release and waiver of liability.

The terms of the waiver and release are as follows:

I agree that The Boss Chick Dance Workout LLC and its affiliated parties (members,instructors/administrators/representatives) are in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my belongings during class. I understand that classes may be strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is a risk of personal injury, property loss, or death. I understand it is my responsibility to consult a physical physician prior to participating in any fitness class. In consideration of being allowed to participate and access The Boss Chick Dance Workout classes and events and in addition to the payment of any fee or charge, I here by agree to assume full responsibility for any all injuries or damages which are sustained or aggravated by me in relation to the class and its facilities. I waive, release, and forever discharge The Boss Chick Dance Workout LLC and it's officers, agents, members, employees, and all others from any and all responsibility, claims, rights, cause of action and/or liability from injuries or damages to my person or property resulting from my participation in and use of the classes and facilities. I understand that individuals with any chronic illnesses or disorders or any medical conditions may be at risk in participating in fitness classes and are advised not to do so. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns, or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against The Boss Chick Dance Workout LLC or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
